Designed specifically for children between 7 and 10, our programs focus on teaching coordination, agility, age-appropriate speed and strength drills, teamwork, and a general foundation for strong physical fitness. We understand the importance of developing a love for physical activity at a young age, and our classes are designed to be both fun and challenging.

Flexible Scheduling
We understand that schedules can be busy, so our programs are designed to be flexible and accommodating. Our classes are held twice a week: on Mondays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
